Humbled in character and established in the word of God, Pastor Zakaria Odongo is married to Mariam Akinyi Okello. Min and his Co-workers in the ministry love giving God praise. Pastor Zakaria Okello Odongo serves as the founder and pastor of “Prayer House Ministry – Bokole Church”, which is located in Mombasa west slums in Kenya.

Pastor Zakaria Odongo was a Muslim before received Jesus Christ as his personnel saviour, Rev. William Ogongo was the pastor that lead him into Christ while he was at the edge of death and desperately needed prayers for healing as he quotes; “One thing I know for sure – Muslims acknowledge the prayer of Christians for their God healing and miracles, though I was rebellious to Christianity, but deep in my heart I knew their prayers could make things happen, this was a turnig point in time which Jesus Christ used to bring me to him, Glory be to God”.

Since then, Pastor Zakaria Odongo was on fire for Jesus Christ preaching every where at work place and at home about the love of Jesus Christ and the only way to Heaven.

At his young age of faith, but sensitive in the spirit the Lord spoke to him through the book of Isaiah 56:7 “Even then I will bring to my Holy Mountain, and make the joyful my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on my alter; for my House shall be called a House of Prayer for all nations”,

The Ministry was born in his house, where he started his first meeting with his wife and his children being the xxxxx in the first day service. I thank God for my spiritual Father Pastor John Dzaknn and Pastor Kinyanyui of New Horizon (Former the Door), where I was brought up spiritually.

Pastor Zakaria always knew that he was chosen by God and always had a passion to preach, organizing prayer rallies and xxxxx the good news of Jesus Christ to the neighbors, at work place and in the public. Pastor Zakaria would always be the pastor/preacher, not knowing that he really did have a calling in his life to preach the Gospel of Jesus to the lost. I accepted the call of God on my life in April 2002 when I founded; prayer House Ministry”.

Since then I had attended many leadership and pastor conference and training. On 10/10/06 at Mt Olive in Jerusalem while attending school of ministry for the watchmen in Israel, God used the servant of God to confirm by calling through the book of Isaiah 62:10: go through, go through the gates! Prepare the way for the people; build up build up the highway! Take out the stones, life out stones, lift up a banner for the people!.” That was apostolic calling over my life.

In 2007 I also joined school of ministry for the watchmen in Jerusalem House of prayer for the Nation by Tom Hess, and I was release as a watchman since then, God has put I great love and but den for Israel people and the Nation of Israel. I am a member or Prayer team for peace of Jerusalem and Zionist.

Pastor Zakaria, preaches the unapologetic, uncompromising, and with sigh and wonders when ministering in crusade. He is a dynamic, energetic, and effective minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He’s a man that is unapologetically Pentecostal/ evangelistic and unashed xxxxx.

Pastor Zakaria received his formal education in Mombasa Polytechnic University (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) in 1993, and joined Kenya Petroleum oil Refinery Ltd in Mombasa plant operator since 1995 until today, (work in shift).

I am married and God has blessed us with 5 children- Selina Adhiambo Okello, Daniel Odongo Okello, Susan Atieno Okello, Emmanuel Juma Okello and last born Precuss Okello.
I had been involved in Co-ordinary conference, crusades and prayer rally in the city of Mombasa.

	April 2008 – coordinated my own crusades in
	July 2008 – coordinated crusades for prophet Bengt from Norway in Bokole gound.

Pastor Zakaria currently serves as pastor/founder of prayer house ministry, and still working as operates in Kenya Petroleum Oil Refinery, I believed God to be full time minister. I strongly believe there is Apostolic calling over my life and I will be traveling to many Nations carrying the good news of Jesus Christ, HE IS COMING SOON”.
